Getting your business online, properly

Domain, business email and hosting set up properly, in your company's name, with ads and analytics that show what's working.

What changes when it's set up properly

Many businesses we meet use a Gmail address, can't reach whoever registered their domain, and pay for ads without knowing what they bring in.

  • In your company's name
  • Email that lands in the inbox
  • Ads you can measure

Today

  • Your business email is a Gmail address.
  • The domain is held by a developer you can't reach.
  • Your emails sometimes land in customers' spam.
  • You pay for ads but can't tell which ones bring in work.

After setup

  • Email on your own domain, for everyone on the team.
  • The domain and every account in your company's name.
  • Emails that land in the inbox.
  • A count of the calls and enquiries each ad brings in.

What's included

  • A .co.ke or .com domain, registered or moved into your name

Common questions

How much does it cost to get a business online?

Setup starts from KES 20,000. Domain renewals, email licences, hosting and ad spend are paid separately, and every recurring cost is listed in the scope before you agree to anything.

Do I need a new website?

Not always. If you already have a site, we move it to proper hosting and connect it to your domain. If you need a new one, we scope it as a website project.

Can you move our existing email without losing anything?

Yes. We plan the switch so mail keeps arriving, then move existing mailboxes and contacts across.

Who owns the domain and accounts?

You do. Everything is registered in your company's name, and you get the admin logins at handover.

How long does it take?

Most setups take 1 to 2 weeks. Moving a domain from another provider can add a few days.

Not sure this is the right fit?

Most projects touch more than one of these areas. Tell us what's slowing you down and we'll send back the smallest useful first version as a one-page scope.
